I had late check in. The key was left available for me to obtain even while the office was closed. I enjoyed that service, but the location of the key was accessible to anyone, which I didn’t mind, but it is unsafe

This was fantastic- clean room,comfy bed and friendly staff at a great price- what more can you ask for?!?! Tbh my husband and I were surprised at how terrific it was based on some of the reviews. We decided it’s more proof that some people will b**ch about anything and can just never be happy. 😂

The staff members were friendly. The bed was comfortable and the room was pretty clean. The rest was a horror show. The sheets had multiple cigarette burns. The bathroom was very small and the ceiling was missing tiles over the bath/shower. The furniture was old and beat up. Reminded me of my college dorm when we went dumpster diving. Note- the local college is using this "inn" as overflow student housing. Definitely not worth the $189 we paid. Only go here as an absolute last resort!!!

Staff was pleasant and accommodating. Little stingy on extra towels. The entrance we were told to use was not handicapped accessible. I spoke to the office directly and asked specifically for 2 queen and our room had 2 full size beds...not what I was assured to have booked.

We received several sets of room keys, the first two of which did not work. Then the manager just gave us her master key, which did work. Unfortunately, it worked on every door on our hallway, which made us quite nervous.

Property is being rehabed by amateurs. Bathroom sink poorly installed but usable. Furniture is beat up, but usable. Cheap TV with poor sound. No coffee or breakfast on property, (advertised but not provided.)

Nope! Never Again!
This place was atrocious! One of the doors that would give easier access wouldn’t work, the bathroom was not clean and had purple stains on the floor by the tub and the shower curtain. The sliding door to the balcony was wide open when we got into our room and that door was very hard, had to be lifted to close. The air conditioner was so loud and outdated. The bed was not comfortable at all, hard and squeaky! And that’s just about the room… the surrounding area is gross! It’s dirty and it was an uncomfortable area that I wouldn’t want to be outside at any time of the day by myself with all of the panhandling as well as people walking around cars parked at the hotel that are clearly under the influence of well, not alcohol! On top of it all there are people crashing in vehicles outside of this establishment but in their lot… Overall, very sketchy and unsafe feeling! Would not recommend and the cost is way too high for what we endured. Will NEVER go back!

There was unpainted spots on the walls, large signs piled in the hallway and a lot of gardening tools and equipment stacked under the room dh window. Vynl flooring instead of carpeting that was kind of tacky.

I wanted something considerably less expensive than the Hilton, which this is. Only complaint: in room 110, the plug in the sink couldn't be unplugged -- the handle for unplugging wasn't connected. The sink took a long time to drain. Other than that, I have no complaints.

While this hotel is convenient to fast food, downtown Lewiston/Auburn, and Bates College, it is very run down and super sketchy. The exterior doors were never locked and our street level window screen was broken. We had to call on a phone 3 times for someone to check us in as there was no one in sight at the check-in area. In addition, they could not find our reservation. Lastly, there was late night shouting outside, and a mixed bag of shady characters in the parking lot. YIKES!

This property is uncleaned and the front desk person isn’t available when you go downstairs to the front desk. The bathroom sink is falling apart, the shower head didn’t work, and under the sink there was a towel covering a hole. The first night the room was freezing and the thermostat wasn’t working when speaking to the front desk she explain she controls the heat because guest do not want the room with heat. The second next it was extremely hot that we had to open the balcony door to allow fresh air.

I enjoyed how close the property was to everything around it. It’s very centralized for the area. Close to everything you need. The bed was nice and house keeping cleaned every day as long as you weren’t there. I did not like how thin the walls were but that’s probably every hotel. Felt like I could hear everything the people next door said so I had to whisper if I didn’t want to be heard.

The hotel wasn’t the greatest but it was fine fir us to lay our heads. Bathroom was a little dirty. Only two pillows on each bed. The side door was left open the whole time by a rug. We went to check out at 8:45 and there was no one at the front desk. Had to leave the key in a little window next to it.
