The Property is centrally located which is very helpful. During our stay the housekeeping staff did not get to our room until after five. The next day we came back to our room around 6 and the room had not been touched . It was nice to have breakfast available but I would have like to have more variety. It was the same menu for the 3 days we were there. At times some items were not refilled as quickly as we would have liked. It would have been nice to have an ATM in the lobby. although there was a bar and restaurant on the property they didn't appear to be open.

Upon under my room Iota said there were severe staining all over the carpeting and I asked the manager to please switch rooms which he did promptly the next room had no hand soap or lotion in the bathroom as well as no alarm clock which I needed to ask for in which the manager again helped very promptly...housekeeping, should be reporting these things as they are found and it shouldn't be up to the gust to tell the staff what they're seeing and what is wrong... especially how disgusting the first carpeting was in room 320

One of the things i didn't like was that someone try to enter my room while i was sleeping, my room was also giving to someone else after i was already there, and then my key batch didn't work after i try to enter my room again the following day.

The room was really large which was great to have room for your luggage and not have to worry about running into your stuff in the middle of the night. The lack of free breakfast buffet was a bummer but a good hotel room so no complaints.

False advertisement. The current state of the hallway and room are well below that of the pictures on the website. The whole purpose of the stay was to celebrate my daughter birthday with a pool party and the pool was under construction- total disappointment. I call to switch too a hotel with an open pool and waited on hold for hours with no resolution. No one with any authors on the weekend.
