"Quick feedback =A/C was out in common areas and outdoor temp was 102 F =Elevators not sufficient- wait time to ride elevators was not acceptable. =Room Refrigerator was leaking water and defrosted due the 'master switch' being turned off which cause wet area near refrigerator and food to spoil before it could cool down. Nothing terrible but you asked for feedback and we have choices when choosing hotels."

"Staff was great - Jasmin at front desk was amazing and accommodating and our fave bartender (Sel @ Aruba Abajo) is the very best! Hotel is wearing a bit but we loved be the pool area, lovely cation and the shared amenities with Thompson."
