The location was a bit strange. In the middle of an industrial estate. Not much around. Difficult to communicate with the landing company and took ages to get “approved” to stay.

El pre arrival form no funciona después de muchos intentos, tuvimos que llamar por telefono y pasar todos los datos. Ya la reserva pagada de antemano, aclaro. Cuando pudimos entrar al apartamento la verdad es que es muy lindo, todo nuevo y muy cómodo, pero no habian dejado ni papel higiénico en el baño, menos rollo de cocina , ni toalla de cocina ni bolsa de basura. Nada solo toallas habia. Pero el cesto de residuos estaba con una bolsa repleta de la basura de la persona que estuvo antes. Llamamos y después de esperar casi 15 minutos en linea nos dijeron que tendriamos que esperar al dia siguiente, eso que eran las 4 pm, asi que tuvimos que comprar todo lo basico en walmart. Al dia siguiente al mediodía nos trajeron papel, jabon , bolsas basura… Tema piscina nuestra estadia era de 6 noches, 5 dias. Pudimos usar la piscina 2 dias ya qal tercer dia habia un cartel de clausura por parte le municipio del area de salud con un candado. Prdguntamos cuando se arreglaría y no sabian. Llamamos por telefono para pedir nos den un day pass en otra propiedad de landing cercana solo para ir a la piscina ya que era un amenity que nos hizo decidir por esta propiedad, y nos dijeron que lo iban a hablar con el manager y jamas bo dieron una respuesta. Para el cumpleaños de nuestra hija contratamos un day pass en el hilton cercano . Resumen el apartamento es muy nuevo , lindo y comodo pero tuvimos varios inconvenientes en nuestra estadía y no se hacen cargo de nada.
