"The hotel was ok"

"This place was disgusting. We weren’t expecting much as it was the only thing available while having a layover in the Beauvas airport. It was a nasty old hostel that still had the hostel look. Old, dirty, disgusting, and smelled terrible. Everything felt dirty and disgusting. Def doesn’t match the photos and it was still called the St. Vincent Hostel. One the door hangers said Elema Hotel."

"It was a good bargain for the low price but don’t expect a luxury hotel. First, the bad news. Our room was very small. It felt like sleeping in a caravan. The bathroom was the smallest I have ever seen. We received three bath towels but no hand towel, no washcloth, no bath mat. There was no desk and no table. There wasn’t enough room to unpack our suitcases. The air conditioner was blowing cool air but not really cold air. The room was dimly lit. The hotel has no lift. The neighborhood isn’t...

"Not bad for the price."

"We didn’t end up staying here in the end so I cannot write a review - I found the mis communication from the hotel quite lacking. We had to pay before we arrived yet we couldn’t check in until 5pm. The room was not explained to us and as far as we know it was up many stairs which we found with my daughter’s disability quite difficult. I did enquire about getting refunded but was told that was Not possible so very disappointing "
