Breakfast was included and absolutely delicious and filling, unlike many other free breakfasts. Great locations for exploring and watching hot air balloons. We slept in the family room and were very comfortable. Highly recommend."

"The hotel caters for big tourist buses and behind the glamourous entrance there is little attention to details and customer care. I found the staff at reception particularly un-polite, breakfast quality rather average and cleanness rather superficial (back of the sink was full of soap and toothpaste marks) . Finally, basic hotels services like indoor poor and gym come at an extra price…but it is not indicated in the booking. Overall, a disappointing experience especially when compared to nearby...
