"Amazing staff; great food and drinks; fantastic shows; excellent pools and beach access. The hotel is in need of some renovation work, but it sounds like that is on the schedule for next spring. I 10/10 would recommend and plan to return in the future. "

"An excellent hotel offering a wide range of dining options. The preferred club suites are exceptionally spacious and comfortable. However, I would prefer a firmer mattress as the current one was too soft for my liking. Additionally, enhancing the pool areas with music would greatly improve the atmosphere, considering this is an adult-only hotel and not a spiritual retreat. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel."

"Very laid back, family friendly. Bars don’t open until 11 am though. Lobby bar is open until 1 am. Food was decent for an all inclusive. "

"We enjoyed our stay here, staff were amazing and the activities they had for us were fun. We had access to the Riu Party at the Caribe via free shuttles that came every 10-15 mins; pool parties were fun. We didn’t like that the pool closed at 7:00pm but understand that it was for treatment purposes. As well restaurants closed at 9:30pm so their last seating were basically 8:30pm. So if you get hungry past that you either eat at the buffet again until 10:00pm or hots/burgers/sandwiches that were from the Sports Bar made from earlier in the day or go off the resort to find a place. "
