"El hotel está muy bien ubicado, camas cómodas, la comida deliciosa y con mucha variedad de comida, lo único que me pareció por mejorar, es lo difícil de poder reservar en los restaurantes, cuando llegamos nos dijeron que al día siguiente podíamos hacer reservación en las horas de la mañana pero como teníamos nuestro itinerario lleno, no lo hicimos, pero el último día de nuestra estadía fuimos a separar cupo para uno de los restaurantes y nos dijeron que ya no había espacio y que se debía hacer con dos días de anticipación, pero la verdad, por esto no daría 5 estrellas a este hotel, ya que la comida del buffet, siempre estuvo muy buena, y con mucha variedad, hasta de pronto nos fue mejor ahí, que en el propio restaurante. La playa estaba muy limpia, y todo el hotel en general. Muy bonito todo. "
