Visited from Canada for the first time and EVERYTHING was absolutely amazing! The pools, the activities, the beach, the shows, the breakfast buffets, the room, the staff, the AC, the convenient store downstairs called Oxxo. Cannot wait to come back here again. My 4 year old had a blast!

The staff were really kind, friendly, and professional! The restaurants were especially good, and we really enjoyed the food and service. The only downside was that our room wasn’t completely clean when we first checked in, and there was no toilet brush. A special shoutout to Ivan, our waiter at the Da Vinci restaurant! He was absolutely amazing, extremely professional, and provided excellent service! He really deserves recognition for his outstanding work! Overall, we had a great experience!

Room was clean, staff very helpful. I didn’t like the idea that you had to book specialty restaurants early on each day. The reservations closed up in minutes. Otherwise food was good!!!

The swim up bars were great!! We loved the multiple pools and the hot tubs! The food was an 8/10. The staff was helpful and friendly. The only downside was there are a lot of steps when it comes to going down to the beach and two of the restaurants were closed due to construction during our trip. There also was a lot of seaweed on the beach. Other than that it was amazing!

We loved our stay! Great hotel, very comfortable and good food. Great room and view! We’ve been to a couple of other hotel around the area and the best we’re stayed in so far. The staff was always helpful and ease to talk with. They become your friends basically! Loved their spa as well and gym. Thanks for the good time!
