She also gave great recommendations with sights and food, they have excellent service no question and should be a good spot to sleep and shower when in Rome on a budget. "Naturally, you are in the middle of a very ancient city. In an old, yet, well kept building. It is still pretty loud outside even with windows closed and cigarette smoke is everywhere. It worked out for us, but if you care about the noise and smoke it would be problematic. Fantastic staff, great breakfast and a very nice complimentary bottle of sparkling (VIP access). "
