"Amazing stay. Staff is wonderful and helpful. Parking was easy as well as loading and unloading the car. We loved our room and it was bright, clean and smelled wonderful. Hot tub was beautiful and relaxing after walking around. Location allowed walking to everything. We could see the tobaggan and river from our room and we never needed the car. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Quebec City. "

"This is a beautiful historic property. It is an absolute pleasure to stay here and the staff were lovely. the breakfast buffet was outstanding, and Marc gave us wonderful service both days. The only complaint we have is that the 6th floor has the pool, and staying in any of the rooms in the hallway leading up to the pool was quite loud at times. Parents letting their kids run down the hall yelling and people having loud conversations. We called and let the hotel know. We would strongly suggest to the hotel to put signage at the start of this hallway requesting consideration for the guests staying in this hallway. While we understand it is a family friendly hotel, it is also a 5-star hotel and efforts should be made to provide a peaceful experience. "

"No kitchen in the room, as expected. Old building but well modernised. Temp control in the room. Building and room access by keypad code.had no issues with the system. Staff were cordial and immediately responsive when contacted (phone and text). No elevator and no adjacent parking so something to keep in mind if you have limited mobility. The hotel has a covered garage with a few parking spaces. It is 300m from the hotel and small for larger vehicles. You need a physical key to get in and out, which is left in the room. Works well but requires some logistics."

"Hotel is Okay, location is good but the hotel is aging and the pool area and water are not maintained, The water is dirty and cloudy 1 hour after opening of the.pool at 9am, twice i pulled someone elses hair off my head and body. There was a bandaid on the pool ground for the entire 4 day stay at this hotel. Which meant only one thing the pool area wasnt mopped once in the 4 days my family and i satyed here. Okay hotel but i wouldnt saty here again. "

"The room was large and clean, but white old and worn out looking. It needs an update, it could use new chairs as the chair legs are all loose and ready to break and the bedding needs to be redone. The blowdryer is all cracked and and no shelving or enough hooks to hang stuff in the bathroom. "
