"The bed was comfortable and the buffet breakfast was excellent!"

"Room had ants (ants found in my bed and other furniture) and the washroom smelled of sewer. The washroom door had to be closed at all times because the smell was so overpowering. In addition, the front entrance door kept banging through the night not due to guests entering or leaving, but due to a windy day. The front door requires repairs. I took pictures of the ants but the hotel did not require them. They also hoped that I would have a better stay next time instead of offering any sort of compensation for not being able to sleep (door banging) or use the washroom to shower (stench of sewer). I will not be staying here again. It's unfortunate as the price is good (but these problems may explain why)."

"The parking was good compared to other places. 26. dollars a night plus tax. Hotel staff were excellent, they gave us a bus pass for 3 days to ride and see the city. Location , location, just outside old city gates, Great place for families with the pool, hot tub and sauna. Across the street was subway, second cup coffee and poutineville. Thank you to the hotel and staff. I will definitely stay here when in Quebec City. R.D.B."

"None of the electrical outlets that the appliances were plugged into worked. Someone was called to sort the issue out. Still half of the outlets were not working on completion."
