"Best thing about this property was the location. Centrally located and walking distance to everything. Pool area looked nice but was mobbed at all times. Room was nice, bathroom a little eh/dirty. Front desk staff was friendly but cleaning staff was very rude. At one point we came back from lunch and it must have been the time the rooms were being switched out but a huge pile of dirty towels was blocking the hallway and the woman standing there did not even acknowledge us in any way and made all four of us walk through the towering dirty towel pile. Other cleaning staff seemed to always be in one of the elevators and would not move in or acknowledge others as they tried to get in so we had to wait several times for an elevator free of cleaning staff as they wouldn’t let us in. Really the most rude cleaning staff I’ve ever encountered!"

"This was a great hotel. The location for visiting Quebec City was perfect, all within walking distance. If your car is not a large one they have onsite parking which was rare. Probably the best (free) coffee machine I have ever had. The staff is friendly and helpful. You do need to ask for new towels each day but they are very accommodating. Very clen rooms."

"We loved everything about this hotel! The room was amazing. The location was perfect. The staff were excellent. The breakfast was great. Ethan at the front desk was very helpful with our parking, and he even carried our suitcases up the 2 flights of stairs for us. Thank you Ethan and Acadia Hotel for making our stay in Quebec City a memorable one!"
