"The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly! We loved the quaintness of the hotel; however, it was difficult for our taxi driver to find as there is no vehicle path in front of this hotel so dealing with several pieces of luggage was challenging. I think Expedia should have alerted us to this- thus the four stars. The hotel itself and the staff, including a very good on-site restaurant, deserve five stars!"

"I loved everything about this hotel. From the friendly helpful young lady at the desk to the young man who helped with our luggage. We do not speak French so everyone was so kind and patient with us. The room we had was beautiful. So clean and the furniture and mini bar and fireplace just words can not express how nice. We will definitely be back."

"Rooms are okay beds are comfortable, but the floor carpet inside is a bit dusty/dirty you wouldn't want to walk barefoot inside the room. And for breakfast maybe add some basic items like scrambled eggs or even bacon would be great. Overall a good place to stay, good location, Beautiful & helpful staff and budget friendly hotel."

"Great little boutique hotel near everything you wanted to see as a tourist. Enjoyed the walking piece of it. Quebec is a beautiful City. My complaints (maybe not yours) the bed was like sleeping on a piece of plywood. Bathroom set up with the toilet/sink and toilet paper made it difficult to do your business. Truly an easy fix overlooked. Staff was amazing and even took my luggage up to my room while I was out exploring."

"Warning: Construction Dust Safety Hazard My family stayed at this hotel for a week. The location and facilities were excellent. Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by what appeared to be a significant construction dust issue. Every morning, family members woke up with itchy throats, coughing, and excess mucus. We also noticed that despite carefully wiping down surfaces each day, a layer of white dust and fibers would quickly reappear on nearly every surface in the room. This was particularly noticeable on black items such as the telephone, alarm clock, and headboard. Our room was on the ninth floor, and the windows could not be opened. Given the persistent accumulation of dust, we suspected it was entering through the ventilation system. During an evening walk near the hotel lobby, we discovered what appeared to be the source: a massive construction project within the same building complex, only a few meters away and separated from the lobby area by a revolving door. The attached photos show both the scale of the project and the visible dust accumulation around the entrance. The amount of construction dust posed a potential health and safety risk for hotel guests, especially those with asthma, allergies, or other respiratory conditions. I reported the issue to the front desk and was told there was little the hotel could do. When choosing a four-star hotel, I expect a safe, clean, and healthy environment for my family, which Hilton failed to provide."
