"This is a nice place to stay - only a few minutes walk from old Quebec. Very easy to access property and room with digital check in. No lift at the property (which we knew) so pleased we only had to tackle the stairs up to the 3rd floor (2 storeys) with luggage twice (once up and once down). In fairness we were offered a ground floor apartment. The apartment itself is modern, clean and well equipped."

"The check in staff were wonderful. The location was great but as it is not on a “street” it was difficult for the Uber driver to find. The size of the room was very good. The coffee service was very good but there was no tea service. The furniture showed signs of wear and the sheets on my bed were stained. The room service staff did not come until late afternoon."

Would have rated a five out five except we could not use our reserved spot (SUV was too big) and there is no housekeeping unless you request it the morning of. Not an issue really but it’s an amenity that is only available by request. The location could not be better!"

"This was a good hotel to stay at. Great location, close to restaurants and local attractions. Very walkable location. The staff were all very professional and pleasant during our stay. The hotel room itself could use a little TLC as there is peeling wallpaper in the bathroom and the carpets appeared tired and ready for replacement."

"J'ai beaucoup aimé l'emplacement de cette hôtel. Ils étaient près de tout les attractions et très facile d'accès. La seule chose que je changerais serais l'étage de la location car il n'y avait que des escaliers et c'était très dessoufflement pour monté au troisième étage mais c'était fantastique. Je préférerais l'or de ma prochaine visite avoir le premier étage pour un confort plus accrues."
