"We visited Quebec City for a family winter vacation and had an amazing stay at this hotel, which certainly added to our overall experience. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, the gym and sauna of very high quality and the service was truly exceptional. The concierge was genuinely helpful when we needed to book a round trip ride a remote destination. The buffet breakfast in the morning is the best there is. We highly recommend this hotel and hope to come back!"

"Room was great, very clean and tidy. Amenities great! Loved the pool and am being picky here but its soooooo slippery ...i watched 3 kids and 2 adults fall in my 4 days there lol. Just a bad tile choice but maybe warn people lol. I know pools are slippery but yours is somehow the most slipperiest ive ever walked on. Service great, friendly, loved the little gift shop downstairs. Cant go wrong here to be right downtown in this nice hotel!"
