"Staff was amazing. Front desk very professional and efficieint. The kitchen staff member that takes care of the breakfast was exceptional as she always greeted me every morning and asked how I was doing. Also, he cleared the plates and cups after I was done (even though I was heading to the garbage). The only thing was the coffee, not the staff's fault, but the quality could use an upgrade. But that is just nitpicking and I will definitely book all my stays here for Montreal."

"Perfect location to stay close to what Montreal has to offer. Price was reasonable BUT parking is NOT INCLUDED $32 PER DAY that included taxes lol. However i was very disappointed with the condition of my 1st room for example rust in the bathtub, washroom door couldn't close plus our bed sheets had hair right beside the pillow and the other bed had eyebrows, when we went to complain they didn't want to check instead they gave us clean sheets for us to replace and to speak with the manager in the morning?! So next day went to speak the manager she dismissed me she didn't gave a crap we had to stay another but she didn't bother offering a discount or free parking.She looked at me like I was a no body and I probably was just lying to get a discount...so I rented another room which was much better ....elevators 1st day were dirty and they are both run down ,bar/ restaurant was closed for renovation what wasn't mentioned in the website by the way. Over all I give 3 stars 🌟 just because of the location and the young man that works there in the morning that was very friendly. Otherwise night shift lady waa very cold and rude and the manager the same.Not a place I would stay again i prefer paying more and be treated with respect..."

"For the price of 16.99$ per person the buffet had little choice so did not eat there. When we got to our room it was very hot 25C and then we were told the air conditioning had been down for a few days. It won't be repaired during our 3 night stay. Then we were asked if we wanted a fan. Totally unacceptable. For 3 days we asked to speak to the manager and for 3 days we were told she was away or in meetings or no where to be found. I expect compensation without fail or I will definitely take this further. Expedia has to get involved."

"Bel hôtel et avons tres bien dormi. Très bien situé pour se promener à pied dans le vieux Québec. Toutes les commodités à proximité. Grand choix de restaurants et boutiques. "

"My stay was short, but the staff was amazing, rooms were spotless, had a nice tv, there were a lot of items that I didn't use, but loved their cuisine at Kube."
