To simple for my taste

Location: by the motorway, still not disturbed by it. Price: you get what you've paid for. Rooms: very basic and simple but ok for a night. Service: personal at the desk, they help out. Parking: the best part of the hotel if you're driving with a lot of stuff, closed gate so you feel safe. Free of charge Internet/wifi: didn't use it, don't know if it's available Drive to Avignon is about 10 minutes away so I find the location good but in the future I would pay a few more euros to get a better accommodation

oh my.....

Automatic check in did not work when staying last week too.of course this time, as well as the condition that there is no light bulb in the bathroom,The worst condition that dust is collected on the bed .The correspondence of the staff is terrible.no apporogized .i do not recommend this hotel

Free parking and good airconditioning

The hotel is not near Avignon city, better driving there. The worse thing is that no lift in the three-floor building. One with heavy luggages better takes it into consideration. The other downside is that the bathroom is too small. If you come late, you'll have some difficulty in checking in because the front desk is closed. Even I informed the hotel of our being late, I didn't get any message from the hotel. We really feel upset as foreign travellers. However, we were lucky enough to meet another customer who offered help for checking in. I sincerely hope that the hotel can response to customers' mail and offer further instruction about late checking in.

Vraiment très médiocre, nous avons changé de chambre car matelas sal, trou dans le mur (un rongeur ?!) et fenêtres cassées. L'état des chambres sont lamentables. Peur de ramener des punaises de lit avec moi à la maison !

Dans l'urgence

Chambre réservée dans l'après midi en urgence, raison familiale, pas de choix car festival d'Avignon.... Chambre handicapée équipée d'une baignoire.. bizarre... située dans le bloc de l'accueil.. Un peu déçue.. mais peut être que c'était mieux car nous étions à l'écart ! On était dans l'urgence donc pas important.

Hôtel proche de la gare TGV

J'ai réservé cet hôtel pour être proche de la gare TGV car nous partions tôt le lendemain matin. L'hôtel se trouve dans une zone industrielle, proche d'un centre commercial et à moins de 5 min de la gare en voiture. Le parking est très mal fait et peu de places, de gros véhicules typer camionnette dépassaient de leur emplacement dés l'entrée du parking, néanmoins il est clos le soir. Il s'agit d'un hôtel sur deux étages sans ascenseur, la chambre est très petite, le lavabo est séparé de la douche. La douche (très petite) et avec le toilette, la porte ne s'ouvre pas entièrement car le lit est trop proche, la porte était fendue et le rideau de douche vous colle quand vous vous douchez ce qui est très désagréable. Le sol en lino de la chambre est plein de traces, de trous, de tâches douteuses, il y avait une toile d'araignée juste au dessus de la porte d'entrée. Le seul point positif c'était la climatisation qui était déjà en marche quand nous sommes rentrés dans la chambre car il faisait très chaud et lourd. La seule petite fenêtre donne sur la coursive extérieure qui est proche donc attention lorsque vous ouvrez le rideau, les autres clients vous voient très facilement (ce qui fut notre cas).Lors de notre départ, personne à l'accueil donc nous avons déposé la carte dans une petite boite. Je ne pense pas y revenir.

Accueil parfait. Les chambres sont plus spacieuses qu'ailleurs et il y a une douche et des toilettes dans une pièce et un lavabo dans une autre. Environnement calme. Petit déjeuner correct. En rapport qualité prix c'est très correct.
