"Excellent value for an upper moderate hotel in Zermatt, the alpine village town of The Matterhorn!! Nice balcony to take in the outdoors. Free breakfast that was nice and free afternoon tea and snacks. Staff was fine but person we spoke with was not willing to weigh in on restaurant recommendations for us. Would stay here again. It’s also close to the train station."
