“Though the guesthouse is unprepossessing from the outside, inside it’s a different story. The rooms are comfortable, spotlessly clean and with welcoming tea, coffee and biscuits. There are no staff so access is coded, but easy and secure and there are clear instructions (admittedly only in English) everywhere. Breakfast, again self-service, was first-rate with plenty of choice, including fresh fruit. All in all great accommodation at a very reasonable price !”

“Stayed for two nights on a motorcycle trip. Adams guest house is very conveniently situated for Oxford city centre and easily accessible from the ring road. It is on a main road but was very quiet at night. There are plenty of shops and places to eat within a short walk. There is parking for two cars at the front. “This is a lovely place to stay and the staff were very friendly and efficient.The room was really lovely and had doors opening out onto a Juliet Balcony overlooking the Thames. The bed was very comfortable and the room had excellent facilities and was clean and recently refurbished. The breakfast was plentiful with a large choice and was included in the room price. “It's noisy as the room is facing the busy road, and the windows are old wooden single layers penetrating all the sounds from the street. The shower is so small that it's not easy to turn around. And even there's no soap and shampoo.”
