"This was the worst Hampton Inn I have ever stayed at. We arrived, and no one was at the front desk. We called and called, and had to wait quite awhile (close to 10 minutes) before staff showed up to check us in. After we were checked in and got to our Room, it appeared to not have been cleaned recently. Dust was on the clock, lights, bed frame, etc. A hair was in my bed, and on the bathroom sink. A light bulb was out on the sconce, and the alarm clock wasn't updated to daylight savings time. And the breakfast wasn't good either. Bananas were sliced and out with the other fruit. Turned brown and attracted flies. The flavors for the waffles were strange and unappealing, And the person who was cleaning and setting out the food, appeared to not have showered recently and smelled badly. All in all - not a great stay. "

"We have stayed at this hotel before and chose it again for its convenience. This time, when booking a room for our family of four (two adults and two children), I specifically selected a room that included breakfast. Upon arrival, the front desk staff informed me that breakfast was not included in our booking. I had to search through my emails to show them the confirmation that clearly stated breakfast was included. Even then, they only provided breakfast vouchers for two people instead of four. When I questioned this, they explained that the room rate only includes breakfast for two guests. This raises the obvious question: if the room is intended for four people, why does the included breakfast only cover half the occupants? The staff member was quite unhelpful throughout the interaction. It doesn’t make sense that a family room for four people only comes with breakfast vouchers for two."

"Motel. Not a hotel! They have rooms in the basement and the parking lot is in someone’s back yard. The walls are paper thin and the bed frames are metal. Would not recommend!"

"Staff was untrained. Front desk woman was falling asleep/ nodding off on Sat. morning. Asst. Manager does not know customer service. Housekeepers cannot understand English. I was sick for 6 days with pneumonia and was TOLD to check out a day early with NO REASON. My bank flagged my card for Fraud since no staff checked me out of my reservation on 3/6/26. The Hampton Inn, Waltham STILL HAD AN OPEN reservation for me 5 days AFTER I was TOLD to leave. Unprofessional and untrained staff with zero customer service skills to solve problems. "

"My stay was not good there was someone pounding their feet all night long someone up screaming at 3 am as well as the broken faucet and no pool towels at the pool I spoke to the front desk and they are suppose to credit me $50 can you help? "

"We loved the vibe of this hotel. Every floor had a different theme. The lobby was beautiful. Lots of fun places for selfies! Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and very comfortable. The bathroom had the usual amenities. However, the towels were a little smaller than I am used to. Plenty of places to charge devices. Nice to have option of mini frodge and microwave."
