Location was great but too much noise outside and I could not sleep well for that reason

Room spotless and well maintained. Team provided friendly, competent customer service. Room was comfortable and modern and roomy enough for 3. Location, location, location! Half a block away from the red steps at Time Square, but flooded with lights.

Location was perfect. Rooms were small, walls were paper thin. I could hear clear conversations from the room next to us like they were in our room. Headboard was peeling, definitely can use some renovations. Was not up to my expectations when considering the price.

From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless. The reception staff were kind, patient, and always ready to help with directions or recommendations. The room was spotless, well-equipped, and surprisingly spacious for NYC standards. The kitchenette was a great bonus, especially for quick breakfasts. I also loved how quiet it was inside the room, slept soundly every night. The hotel’s location near the subway made exploring the city incredibly easy. I left feeling refreshed and already planning my next visit! Thanks!

Staff was wonderful and helpful, room was very comfortable. I used the kitchenette and found it convenient for a longer stay. Bed was mostly okay, mattress was a little too firm for me. I would definitely stay again.
