โRooms are not the ones we booked and payd for via Expedia. Official hotel prices are much lower in VND. Very friendly man at our reception!

โAt check in, they kept insisting we have not paid for our room!, we had to show her our cc statement that itโs paid for. They wonโt give us a room with a view, even though we were the only people staying there. We had to keep our curtains closed throughout as it was directly to an open top of the next building. โWe booked this hotel to have a nap in before our train departed but it turned out to be quite nice for the price. It is the cheapest hotel I've ever booked but certainly not the worst. We would have happily stayed a night if not for time constraints. The room did smell a little bit like cigarettes and the bed was Vietnamese (so hard by western standard), but again for the price we were happy with it.โ
โStaff is super friendly and helpful, helped us to organise sightseeing tours and let us leave our luggage while we went to Sapa. Breakfast is good and you can order Vietnamese coffee. Great location. Rooms are well equipped and laundry service is fast.โ
