"Our stay at Naya was truly wonderful. The hotel’s location is exceptional and adds a unique sense of charm and tranquility to the overall experience. Our room was beautifully designed, and we especially enjoyed the direct lagoon access. The staff was attentive, welcoming, and consistently helpful throughout our stay. There are a few areas where the property could improve. While we understand the hotel is surrounded by nature and located within the jungle environment, the pools, decks, and common areas could be maintained with a bit more attention to cleanliness and upkeep. The bar experience could also be enhanced with a wider variety of drink options and more knowledgeable bartending service. Overall, we had an amazing stay at Naya. The lagoon views, beautiful room aesthetic, and peaceful atmosphere made it a memorable experience in Bacalar."
