“Staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. It’s an older building but still well maintained and kept clean. Great continental breakfast, excellent pick for dinner as well.”

“The room was clean and the staff were helpful. The bed was comfortable. There is no A/C, but in October it wasn’t bad. There was a fan, and they had an exhaust unit running to vent the air. Our room was a canal view. Hotel is very convenient to restaurants, the tram, Dam Square, the Jordaan, Anne Frank House, and is an 8 minute walk from the Centraal train station. We did not eat breakfast there. They did give us a small gift of ceramic wooden shoes, which was very nice.”

“The property was ok, somewhat clean. It was a lock box check in so we didn’t see staff until the morning when we had to pay. Overall not too bad.”
