"Tile in the shower, not clean. The lamps in our room did not work properly because of failing lightbulbs. The showerhead was broken and had to be replaced before we could take a shower. Just not a pleasant experience."

Loved our waiter, Oliver, who took our breakfast order. So professional and friendly. Our room was just perfect for our first 2 nights of our two week trip to Switzerland. Looking forward to spending our last night there before we head home."
