Room was not cleaned so no coffees or toilet paper. Hotel was not very warm heating had been turned down and it was minus 5 outside . Swimming pool water wasn’t very warm . We stayed for New Year’s Eve and the staff couldn’t be more friendly and attentive! The hotel is gorgeous and the views of the lake are lovely. It’s a little bit out of the way but it’s worth it for a lovely stay. The breakfast was also really good!
