No management was present to direct guests. It was left to housekeeping staff to manage guests, and they were not prepared ...

Love staying here and always enjoy my visit! My only concern this time is that the hot water heater for tea/coffee in the room was very old and was shedding plastic inside the pot when water was heated. That urgently needs to be replaced!
