Courtyard by Marriott Waterloo St. Jacobs
The room and bathroom were generally clean, but it was noticeable that the floors hadn’t been vacuumed before I checked in, and they still hadn’t been done the next day. The hotel used to maintain a much higher standard, so this was a bit disappointing compared to previous stays.

Had a problem checking in - as they wanted to charge me for the room but I had already paid. It was figured out promptly and we got our keys. Clean room.
