"This was an unusual hotel. First, it was located in an industrial area, away from convenient access to the town. Second, our stay was over a weekend when absolutely no one was there at the desk for the entire time. Poor people from Switzerland were confused as there was no one to check them out, so they had to just leave. We had no on-site restaurant for the weekend, and saw no one until Monday morning. We have heard that this hotel has recently changed ownership. Positives were that it was...
"It was not what we expected from a hotel in this price range. To be fair the breakfast was excellent! Absolutely amazing. But the advertised pool was not operational, there was very spotty internet (so bad you couldn't write emails), no soap in the bathroom (we had to buy our own), all the complimentary items never were refilled, and once the door to our room was open when we returned from a day trip. Lastly no one was available to talk to about this since the reception was never staffed....

"We only stayed here one night before flying out of Frankfurt the next day. The room and bed were both comfortable and the bathroom surprisingly big. There’s a market inside the airport and within walking distance of the hotel that made it easy for us to grab some food for the evening. There is also a fitness center/gym in the airport just outside the hotel. They offer a day pass which my boyfriend loved and made him love the Hilton’s location even more. Getting to our terminal the next day was very easy. We would definitely stay here again, if ever flying in/out of Frankfurt."
