We enjoyed looking at the ocean from the patio and the authentic feel. There are some amenities on property like kayaks bikes paddle boards, it would be more beneficial for residents if these facilities were available after 4 pm. Kitchen was equipped with enough to cook small meals and reheat items. Inclusion of a cooler was a plus! Pool was open 24 hours. Publix is close enough to stock the apt. "
