We went to town around 5-6 pm to eat dinner and only one restaurant was open. All stores and restaurants were closed. Beware of this if staying in town.

Our stay was three days, the staff were friendly and very helpful from the moment we arrived. The pool and spa areas were superb, and having Black Forest Gateaux with a pot of tea by the pool was not something we expected to be able to do - but very memorable. All is good except the heavy duty winter duvets still in use. Too hot under, too cold without. Didn't sleep too well.
