“The cottage was a great little place for a family of 6 there was some needed upgrades but nothing I could not work out. Loved the privacy and much needed place, sent a lot of time in the sun room, very clean, no one bothered us right by the dog park area, beach access right across the street from the house, there was some uneven floor areas but it was fine for us the back door code would not work for us but we used the front door most of the time over all a 4.5 star place ”
