The staff are awesome and will really do their best to help you. Last trip I had a very bad sprained ankle and they looked after me like I was in hospital. "Overall Excellent Property. Could use a bit more attention to detail. Tried calling the staff a couple of times for a paid upgrade - but got no response despite availability. The common areas pretty much shut down around 9PM (keeping in mind that this town comes alive after 9PM) leaving rooftop bar open - which gets crowded. Gym is small and quite inadequate for a 5 star property. Other than those issues I found every thing in line with international standards."
