"The location is not close to Tsarevec which is the main attraction in this city. The front desk person took advantage of the fact that I was tired and didn’t want to look for a different hotel so he raised the price of the room to over $200 for a $100 room. The room was a normal regular room, kind of small. It was located right above the kids area so I was exposed to the noise from the kids until I don’t know what time at evening approximately 10pm. "I have stayed at this hotel several times over the years and haven’t been let down. Everything from check in to check out has been great- friendly stuff, generous breakfast, room condition e.t.c. The restaurant downstairs is awesome. And, last but not least, location. The hotel is situated in the heart of the city at a walking distance to tourist attractions and government offices."
