“It’s was pleasant. The beds were very hard but the room was clean.”

“Smell on the corridor and room. Very noisy from the highway nearby.”

“When calling to check on our reservation, they told us we did not have a reservation. I insisted we did and he left the phone for a moment and came back and said they had no reservation for us. Now we have been charged for a night stay and cannot get our money back.”

“Great staff. Breakfast was very well maintained. Attentive staff. Great new facility.”

“This is a nice hotel, but we ran into a couple of issues. Unfortunately, our room did not get cleaned on our two-night stay. Also, the toilets are so loud that they will literally make you jump. You might think I'm overreacting, but they are truly obnoxious. The automatic coffee maker in the lobby was the best and Robert at the front desk was also great. Also, a good location for our visit to KC.”

“Honestly great and clean place to stay at. Good amount of amenities. The only thing that was weird and unexpected to me was having to pay almost $8 for overnight parking in a lot, not a fancy garage or anything just the open lot. Then again- this was the first “fancier” hotels i’ve stayed at- it just threw me off to pay for parking when others have regular parking.”

“Awesome!”

“It’s a wonderful place to stay”

“The room was clean, but I didn't care for the sliding bathroom door and I really didnt like how close the toilet was to the bathroom counter. There was barely enough room to use the bathroom so whoever designed that it was a bad decision. And if your overweight or a senior, it would be hard for them to use the toilet. Also from what I could tell you cant use the elevator in the garage to go up to the floor, which isnt good when you have heavy luggage. You have to use the stairs to go up there....

“I forgot to bring my own pillow. If I were to book again I will have to bring my own pillows. The curtains remain open with no way to close at night.”
