"At check in, they kept insisting we have not paid for our room!, we had to show her our cc statement that it’s paid for. They won’t give us a room with a view, even though we were the only people staying there. We had to keep our curtains closed throughout as it was directly to an open top of the next building. "The owner is very nice. It is located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. We enjoyed lots of beautiful roses and other flowers as well as cute animals in the compound. It was also nice that we could walk to the Sunday market. "

"Rooms are not the ones we booked and payd for via Expedia. Official hotel prices are much lower in VND. Very friendly man at our reception! Room small, but OK and clean. Good bed, hot water and aircon/heating. Elevator. No restaurant, no tour booking, no breakfast, no information on anything. No money changer. Leaving at 8.30a.m., nobody on reception dedk; card with only telephone number. All in all not bad, but also not really good. Very limited service. But there's a rooftop bar with...
