Had to change 2 rooms. In one of them, the WiFi reception was terrible. In the other room, the bathroom door was jammed and closing was not easy. They did provide a room that didn't have issues. Check-in took sometime.

The room was perfect in every way! The staff was kind, courteous, and really helpful. I needed a taxi to go on a tour, and they were able to make all the arrangements and for the airport. The food was good too. I appreciate and recommend this company.
