Most of the locals like Lisa, so telling people youre staying at her hotel gets you access to the other beach clubs and a little special treatment! We had a hard time finding airport transportation from Tulum, but call Lisa and she will help you out. "

"I recently stayed at this hotel, and I cannot emphasize enough how disappointed I am with the entire experience. The photos online are extremely misleading and do not represent the actual state of the property. We booked this hotel because it was advertised as a three-star, but I can assure you, it couldn’t be further from the truth. To start with, nothing worked in our room. The TV was completely useless, and the internet was nonexistent. We reached out for assistance multiple times, but despite our efforts, no one was available to help us. It was incredibly frustrating to be ignored, especially when you're paying for a service that is clearly not being delivered. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If I could give it zero stars, I absolutely would. There are plenty of other options out there—do yourself a favor and steer clear of this one. "
