“This hotel utilizes illegal, deceptive fees. They were going to charge me an "amenities fee" when I checked in, without telling me, after the room had already been paid for. They sent me a link to fill out their "Registration Card" where they wanted photos of my ID, credit card info, and to sign their policies (no mention of any required amenities fees). There's no front desk staff on site - had to call their main office in San Diego and they were very unhelpful and misleading. When I called,...

“I am not going to go into all details but will say that this overpriced facility ($100 + per night) WILL CHARGE YOU FOR ICE OUT OF THEIR MACHINE. Never, ever have I been subjected to such a stupid a-- charge in all my travels. The facility is fair, not good, and I will not lodge there again.”

“Beware...if you buy online, you'll likely be disappointed. The general hotel pics show water views but the rooms and descriptions don't say which rooms face the water. I took a chance and I'm now sitting in a room facing the parking lot. At check-in, I offered to pay more to upgrade to a water view but since I bought it online, they refused to make a change even though they had water-view rooms available and I offered to pay more. Their response: "Call us directly next time." Lesson...

“The front desk staff was great and gave me recommendations on where to go around the area. The only issue I experienced was that the comforter on the bed had a lot of dog hair on it when I arrived.”

“Parking was fine. Ants in bathroom. Had a loud punk concert in conference center going late into night (at least to midnight) that we were not advised of prior to check in. They ran out of towels and so we could not get the 3 we needed. The remote for TV did not work, we asked about it and they thought batteries were working fine, they were not. *First room had a broken door latch and chirping smoke alarm, they did move us to a room that did not have these issues right away.”

“Our room was amazing, you can tell they are newly remodeled. The only complaint i have was the bed was somewhat uncomfortable, but other then that plan to book a stay with them again. ”

“Based on the price, it was fine. We were super lucky and got an upgrade because the room type we reserved wasn’t available on arrival. It wasn’t the cleanest, one of the hot water heaters was out, there was a 1/3” gap under the exterior door, making the room cold, but the hotel staff was quick to bring a towel. I demonstrated the gap when she arrived by telling her to look down and see if she could see my finger under the door. Haha - that was so strange. She quickly understood the problem!...
