밴프 시내에 숙소가 있어 위치상 좋은 곳입니다. 방 싸이즈는 매우 넓지는 않으나 깨끗하게 관리 되며. 침대도 괜찬고 숙박비도 괜찬은 편임

Accidentally booked the wrong night when I called to try and change the date the front desk girl was extremely rude and unhelpful. Ended up having to pay over $300 for a night we couldn’t even stay in, couldn’t even get a credit or partial refund.

To whom it may concern,Have a magnificent day!This is to inform you that the reservation you made was a prepaid reservation under Expedia which was considered as valid reservation. We only have 1 room left which is the Presidential Room - the one that you booked for that specific check-in date . When you called the hotel it's the day after which is too late to cancel .We apologized for the inconvenience that had caused you but if it has been cancelled right after you made the reservation wrong we could have sell it to someone else but it's not the way it happened - the reservation was finalized as valid reservation with no show of guest.Sincerely yours,J-annefrontdesk

Great place to stay, recently renovated. Wonderful staff and breakfast. Only word of caution is their parkade isn’t great. It’s old, small and incredibly hard to drive in wth anything except a small car. I was turning around and got a huge scrape on the front of my car. My two friends I was with could even fit their cars in it. So great place, just need to work on parking

Convenient place to stay when visiting Banff. Lovely comfy beds and clean room on the whole. We were a little disappointed to find our room on arrival with half eaten bags of crisps and nuts in one of the draws, this clearly hadn’t been checked and cleaned. However, on the whole it was a pleasant stay.

The staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean. The only thing we didn't like was the breakfast dining area was very small and the tables were so close together it was almost impossible to walk between them and not disturb guests who were eating. Would stay here again but would eat in the room or go elsewhere.

It was at the end part of banff town so it’s a long walk if you would like to walk around town. The free breakfast was nice to have. We wish the pool was heated. It was so cold so people tend to stay in the hot tub. Little kids can’t enjoy swimming without shivering, my son’s lips were purple after 30 mins. We asked the staff if they can make it a little warmer but they insisted it’s “warm enough”

The hotel should have messaged customers that the pool and hot tub was closed during our stay. We were skiing and wanted to soak our muscles after a long ski. Everyone checking in when we were, were upset as well about the closed hot tub and pool. The only acknowledgement of the closed facilities were at the absolute end of the “choices of rooms” page on Expedia. We chose the first room, due to that’s all we needed, so we would have never scrolled to the bottom of the page of all the “policies etc”. The desk clerk Just kept interrupting me constantly while I was communicating to say, most hotels with sound issues or closures, message you through Expedia to communicate any inconvenience so you can make adjustments to your stay. I was the one who had to come up with the solution vs the front desk clerk. We paid extra for a room with a hot tub in the room. She suggested the hot springs, but we were not invested in that. Good idea though. Messaging the inconvenience would be recommended. We really like this hotel, but wish better communication would occur. April 8-13 I’m sure they will have unhappy customers until the communicate better. The little girl who wanted the pool, that’s who I really felt bad for. They cancelled and went elsewhere. We couldn’t find the direct phone number for Expedia to communicate to them for cancellation, so paid extra for a hot tub room.
