"The lodge is located in the heart of Banff, and public transportation to the national parks were very easily accessible "

"Very noisy hotel. Thin walls and our room looked into the lobby and it was extremely loud. We got woken up by a tour leaving at 1am and they were so loud in the lobby. Also you could hear the clunking of ski shoes in the hallways early hours of the morning so we did not rest well at all."

"First of all the Banff Aspen Lodge is in a great location.you have access to everything within walking distance.the room was kept up and very clean.the staff was excellent going above and beyond to make sure that my stay here was enjoyable.the breakfast that’s included was really tasty with various choices of what ever your taste buds maybe yearning for.most importantly for myself was the skiing it was absolutely nothing short of fun and with the free shuttles with a short walking distance to the right or left of the lodge to the pickup & drop off it doesn’t get any better than that.I’m absolutely will be staying here again on my next ski trip."

"Rooms felt kind of run down, Hot tub was nice and staff were very friendly. Don't think I would go back for the price though"

"Mostly as expected, roomy accommodation, buses were easy to access and staff were friendly and helpful. Decent spa options although sauna was out of order and outdoor hot tub was lukewarm at times. Only real gripe was towels not being changed upstairs and shampoo/shower gel not being. The indoor water slide is crazy and hilarious. Over satisfied with stay. "

"Clean room, great turn down service, friendly staff. Room was comfortable. Kids enjoyed the bunk beds. Vermillion restaurant had a good breakfast and dinner menu. Bowling was a hit with the kids. "
