"Incredibly helpful staff. The air conditioning unit wasn’t running properly and the the temperature in our room was 28C during a heatwave in Seoul. They accommodated us by giving us a new room, and they also gave us a bottle of wine and some beers due to the inconvenience. Additionally, the restaurant staff was friendly and attentive. The buffet quality was excellent. We will definitely stay here again."

"Location is perfect. Everything is in walking distance and convenient to Airport by bus or train both. Staff were friendly and extra helpful. One thing should be aware of is bathroom is automatically operating. Means lights and toilet flushing are time sensitive. And make sure to communicate with front desk for cleaning. They don’t provide daily house keeping."

"For the price, you can't beat it. We stayed here for a baseball game at the Gocheok Sky Dome and it was perfect. If you're looking for luxury, this isn't the place, but we found it to be clean, comfortable, and super convenient. We took Uber (taxi) all around the city, but there was also plenty of food options nearby as well."

"The area has a lot of restaurants and shops and the subway station is a quick 2-3 minute walk. The hotel entrance might be a bit tricky to find the first time as you have to turn into a building to access the elevator, but otherwise, it's convenient. The room I stayed in was very spacious and clean, with plenty of room to repack my suitcase! The entryway (where the mirrors are also located) didn't have the greatest lighting, so it was a bit hard to use it while getting ready. They also don't provide any hand soap in the bathroom which I found very odd, so you have to buy the amenities kit. While it is cheap and does come with other items, it felt a bit wasteful because I can't take bar soap with me and I'm sure it's disposed of after I checked out. I would suggest picking up a small liquid soap from the nearby Daiso instead."

"We need a place to stay and relax while attending a conference in COEX. Everything was fine but the Expedia booking did not explain or spell out details on using the pool which was one of our motivations to choose this hotel. We couldn’t access the pool for our entire stay even by paying. Luckily we didn’t need it after all."
