The room itself was a bit dated, but the hotel was high end. Beds were comfortable, employees lovely, and some excellent restaurants on site. Great way to end my stay in Thailand.

This is my 4th stay at this hotel, staff is very friendly/welcoming and always willing to help. The property/decor/room are beautiful and inviting. Thank you for a pleasurable stay and I will definitely visit again.

Great hotel in downtown Bangkok

This is an excellent hotel and the staff are particularly friendly and helpful. The breakfast has an excellent selection of quality product, however, the food could be warmer and it does seem at times more organisation is required. Overall a very enjoyable stay in a beautiful hotel.
