Great place to stay near BKK airport.

Our stay at Avion was very enjoyable. They made us a lovely breakfast. The bathroom was very clean and modern, the shower had wonderful water pressure and nice warm temperature. The bed is very firm. We enjoyed swimming in the pool. The hotel was very accommodating when we asked for an extra days stay. There are a lot of restaurants within walking distance.

We only stayed here during the day as we had a midnight flight. However, it was perfect for what we needed. We arrived at 1:30pm, but the staff wouldn't let us check in until 2pm so that was a bit annoying. However, just around the corner was a bunch of little carts with food and a 7-eleven so we went and got some lunch. The room we had was basic, but huge. The bathroom was also huge and seemed a lot more modern than the room. Tv was old and average, but we weren't there for that. Didn't use the bed or breakfast so can't comment on that. The pool next to us was under maintenance but it was a 1 minute walk to the next pool and we had it all to ourself. There is a night market a 10 minute walk away with some great food, entertainment and shopping. If you're just looking for somewhere basic in a great location that has everything you need, this place is fantastic!

Hôtel bien placé pour un court séjour en souhaitant rester près de l’aéroport. Assez propre. Les chambres sont grandes. Malheureusement, le personnel n’est pas anglophone (encore moins francophone). Que ce soit dans la décoration, dans la chambre, ou au petit déjeuner, rien d’exceptionnel, mais propre et surtout on s’en que le personnel fait de son mieux.

The room was infested with moquitoes. Smell of urine. Shower room water accumulates and does not drain properly. The small pillows smell bad and saliva stains left by the previous guest still visible. Housekeeping staff opens the room door in the morning without knocking, we were not even dressed at that time.

Helpful staff but dirty hotel.

The hotel does not have a spa (although it was mentioned in the Hotel.com site when the booking was made). And it seems to be really under maintained. One of the pillow cases (of the two) had dirts and stains (from not washing or changing). I did not bother informing the reception. TV channels were really limited and most seems to be for the Chinese speaking guests. Old soap plastic packing were still left in the bathroom. Not sufficient shampoo and a terrible quality. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Really positive point.When I needed to print three pages of document, the reception staff were very helpful.

I checked in early in the morning and was told i should pay an extra 1000baht or else i come after few hours.After paying no receipt was given nor confirmation. Next morning am being told by a different staff i need to pay for early check in.The hotel is near most of the amenities overal the breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful.

Inflexible, unhelpful, rude, disgraceful

Was pushed out of the way at reception by one of their staff/tour guides who then stood directly in front of me as I was attempting to leave.Had requested a slightly early check in by email in advance as I was there for a few hours between connecting flights and checking out the same day. On arrival was told to sit while they checked with manager and wait for ten minutes. No phone call was made and was then told no by the same person although the place appeared almost empty. They wanted double the room rate again if I was to check in early. Wandered the streets until 2pm, then checked out at 8 to be physically pushed whilst doing so. Disgraceful experience, very disappointing
