The apartment was clean and quiet. There was a front desk. The location is not at the center; we did not use the free tuk tuk but called taxi for going out. It is about 15-20 minutes to get to the center and the taxi cost $7-10 each way. The kitchen was only equipped with a small to medium pot and a frying pan without lid. It was okay for us as we only cooked breakfast.

This is a great choice if you’re looking for longer stays. The downside is they only do house keeping once a week or u pay a 500 baht fee for them to clean the room. The tuktuk is very convenient and takes u to the bts station. The front staff are friendly enough. The rooms are very clean and the views are nice.

Pros: clean, spacious, good service Cons: people were smoking in our floor and made our entire apartment fetid. Sound proofing is really bad, you can hear your neighbours loud and clear

走到空鐵站大約6分鐘，市場10分鐘左右，客房雖老舊但住得算舒適，有飯店接駁嘟嘟車到捷運站，平時只送到巷口，拖著大行李的話會直接開到空鐵電梯口，服務挺好的，旁邊有家按摩店跟飯店有合作吧，掃QR code即可預約按摩，便宜又舒服。 房間裡面的衛浴及客廳洗衣機那稍有霉味，大致上都還不錯

Leider 1 Stern abgezogen, da in 3 Wochen nur 1 mal sauber gemacht wurde, obwohl 1 mal pro Woche angekündigt war. Weiterhin hat das gestörte WiFi in der ersten Woche die Urlaubsfreude getrübt. Ansonsten sehr aufmerksames Personal. Für den längeren Aufenthalt würde ich bestimmt wieder hier buchen.

Très satisfaits de notre séjour au Bangkok Patio

Nous ne somme restés qu'une nuit, mais nous avons eu un très bon accueil et un logement tout à fait correct et confortable. Le logement était très spacieux et avec tous les équipements nécessaires (étendoir dans chaque chambre, climatisation dans chaque pièce, vaisselle, plaque de cuisson...). Les personnes de l'accueil ont été très agréables et on pu nous renseigner à chaque fois. Il y a également un service gratuit de tuk-tuk de l'hôtel pour vous amener à la station de BTS (avec vos valises si nécessaire, car c'est un grand tuk-tuk). Si nécessaire ils peuvent venir vous chercher aussi à la station en les appelant. Par ailleurs, la station de BTS n'est qu'à 5 min à pied, et on est à tout juste 2 stations du marché de Chattuchak. On est légèrement isolés des restaurants et magasins, mais cela n'a pas été plus gênant que çà. La piscine ouverte jusqu'à 21h est également un plus pour se rafraichir. Personnellement je trouve que c'est une bonne adresse sur Bangkok que je recommande.

コストパフォーマンスが高い。 長期滞在に必要なものがほぼ揃っている。室内の清掃は2日に1回行われる。２Fにランドリールームがあり、夕方6時以降が空いている。 受付には日本語が話せるタイ人の女性スタッフがいることもあった。 買い物や食事、散歩はBTSのAri駅方面がお勧め。 トゥクトゥクのサービスもあり、近くのBTSの駅やLocal Marketまで送ってくれる。

Sehr cleveres, hilfsbereites und freundliches Frontdeskpersonal, großzügiges Apartment, Küchenausstattung ausreichend inclusive. Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher und 2-Platten-Herd sowie Waschmaschine, netter, wenig frequentierter Pool, Airtrain ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten oder mit kostenlosem TukTuk Shuttle erreichbar, bis zum Umstieg in den Airport Shuttle sind es nur 2 Stationen - wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.

This became our home in Bangkok for several months, and we really enjoyed our stay there. Very competitive price for what you get compared to other serviced apartments. Very nice, bright and spacious apartment with huge bedroom and living room with a small dining table. A small kitchen sufficient for simple cooking. Small but nice pool, and also a very nice gym, hardly ever busy. Staff is so nice and helpful. Would be nice with more restaurants in the immidiate area but Ari is nearby (we always walked, it is one BTS station away) with many, many cafes and restaurants. We hope to come back!
