The rooms were clean. Staff are friendly and buffet breakfast had many choices. However some staff do not speak English well so it can be a bit inconvenient when asking for stuff. They couldn’t give me my room until 5pm bur nice enough to give some money credit to use
Breakfast, room dining under average. Lots of higher end restaurants around the area that are much better. I.e El Gaucho. Rooms / suite was nice, but not over the top. Expected a little more from “Intercontinental”, but still enjoyed the sleep. Also location is killer for downtown BKK.
