Would have given it 5 stars but hotel is showing its age so somewhat over priced. I stayed here fairly often 20+ years ago when working in the region and was and still am very happy with staff, cleanliness, etc. But for the money one can do better in Bangkok.

I had a wonderful experience at the Riverfront Hotel in Bangkok, Thailand. The customer service was truly excellent—every staff member was friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The food was delicious, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-designed. One of the highlights was the balcony with its breathtaking river view—such a peaceful and beautiful sight to wake up to. I loved everything about my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Great hotel

A fantastic hotel with very helpful staff. Our room was very spacious and clean with a great view of the city. There's even a separate walk-in section to store your luggage. There's a 7 Eleven a few minutes walk away for any food or toiletries your might need.

We would stay here again, it is a little out of the way from everything, and you have to always take a taxi. The hotel staff were excellent and most spoke English. A great breakfast buffet was included in our room fee.

Though a bit tucked away and off the main street, the hotel offers spacious rooms equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming, adding a personal touch to the experience. While the location might seem a little secluded, transportation to busier parts of town and popular tourist spots is easily accessible. One of the standout features is the stunning view of the river—truly a sight to wake up to. Additionally, there’s an excellent seafood restaurant conveniently located next door, making dining a delight. Overall, this hotel is a hidden gem offering great value, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with all the necessary amenities.

Very nice hotel by the river at decent price

Great hotel; rooms very spacious and modern (with bath), view of the river is spectacular (if you book a river view room), bed comfortable, everything modern and working. A bit out of the way of you want to hang around Sukhumvit/Malls but if you want to do the quieter, exploration side of Bangkok, this is a great place at a great price. Large hotel with many rooms so early check in and late check out was not a problem. Use Grab or Bolt apps to get around Bangkok (or the skytrain). I highly recommend this place and wish I had stayed longer. I will definitely stay here next time I am in Bangkok, even if just overnight.
