โWe had an issue with the air conditioning but Ruben had someone come out immediately to take care of it and was very professional, nice and made our stay more enjoyable. I would stay there again โ
โIt was a very pleasant stay. We drive in from Vegas to watch the Chiefs and Cardinals play, we checked in late, with no issues. The hotel is surrounded by many places to eat a late dinner. When we got to our room we were very impressed. It was a new room and everything was clean. Even the smell of the room was clean. There was a mini fridge and microwave as well. Breakfast was awesome as well. We are definitely coming back to stay here. Itโs a 15 minute drive from the State Farm stadium. โ
โThe bed was comfortable, however, next time my wife and I will bring our own pillows. The pillows are very uncomfortable. Not much support. The room was very clean, the staff was pleasant and friendly, and overall it was a very nice stay. โ
โThe check in was the best experience Iโve ever had Jen was phenomenal. Iโve traveled about 5 times a year for the last 8 years and this check in wonโฆhands down!!!!โ
