“This was a wonderful place! So comfortable and clean!”

“Our room was well taken care of each day by the housekeeping team, the chocolates that they bring by each day were also an added bonus. The only issue that we had during our trip was when the gentleman working at the cafe gave my wife an attitude because she asked for sandwiches at 4:30 and he said it was close to closing time which was at 5:00.”

“Wistful location and a beautiful room. Very large with a nice sitting area, decorated with a spa like touch. Very comfy bed, waffle towels and bathrobe. Local toiletries to make you feel connected to the area. Conveniently located across the street from one of the best restaurants in St John’s the Mallard Cottage. An authentic experience all around with a luxury touch!”

“The staff and room we had were lovely, however soundproofing between the rooms could be significantly better… I was awoken in the middle of night to a woman screaming at the top of her lungs for what felt like forever…. I did call the front desk and they seemed to take care of what I later found out was a domestic dispute… but unfortunately that completely ruined my one “peaceful” night away from my kids, and we were not offered any discount or anything other than a “sorry about that””
